1 Operating per­for­mance

This chapter sets outs in­for­ma­tion on the operating per­for­mance of Swisscom in the current financial year. The classification according to operating segments cor­re­sponds to the reporting system used internally to evaluate per­for­mance and allocate resources, as well as to Swisscom’s management structure.
