Swisscom fosters dialogue with its most important stakeholder groups both online and in person. The stakeholders selected are chosen based on the themes relevant to the sustainability strategy. The stakeholders surveyed have to be active in the core Swiss market. In 2019, as in previous years, Swisscom acknowledged the concerns of the various stakeholder groups and, for instance, took them into account in the implementation of its current sustainability strategy.
