2.3 Total remuneration (audited)
The total remuneration paid to the individual members of the Board of Directors for the 2024 and 2025 financial years is presented in the tables below, broken down into individual components. The higher remuneration in 2025 is due in particular to the expansion of the Board of Directors from nine to ten members as of 26 March 2025. The total remuneration is within the maximum of CHF 2.7 million approved by the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
