3.3 Total remuneration

The following table shows the total remuneration paid to the members of the Group Executive Committee for the 2024 and 2025 financial years, broken down into individual components and including the highest amount paid to a single member. In the year under review, the total remuneration for the Group Executive Committee was CHF 7.15million (previous year: CHF 10.5 million), which is within the maximum total amount of CHF 7.2 million approved by the Annual General Meeting for 2025. The decrease in the total remuneration is mainly attributable to the reduction of the Group Executive Committee from nine to four members as of 1 April 2025. The highest remuneration was paid to the Group CEO, Christoph Aeschlimann. This is 13% higher than the previous year, which is primarily due to the exceptional grant of restricted share units that will vest in 2028, subject to service conditions being met. The variable performance-related component for members of the Group Executive Committee (CHF 2.3 million in total) was around 83% of the base salary (CHF 2.8 million in total).
